We usually don't cook on Fridays, but since we opted to have pizza on Thursday, our normal Friday meal, we decided to grill up some
Spicy Korean Grilled Pork that I saw in Food and Wine magazine. It was very tasty, but a little too sweet for me. Nick really enjoyed it though. The sweet and savory pork chop would do well with a crowd. I realized late in the game that I had zero vegetables in my fridge. It was quite bare actually. I couldn't stand the though of not having a vegetable with our dinner so I ran out to Safeway and picked up some corn for grilling.
