HALLOWEEN IS COMING! I love Halloween because it signifies that the holidays are coming. Tonight Nick was at a friend's house after work for a while so we had a late dinner. That's okay though, because the the pizza that I made was worth it. Again, all-natural makes me feel pretty good. I'm pretty sure that it's all psychological, but I do like that it's supposedly better for us.
I made my own sauce out of tomatoes, spinach, Thai bird chili, and garlic and then boiled it down to make it a little thicker. I spread it on the dough and layered slices of sausage, corn, zucchini, and spinach on with lots of mozzarella cheese. Very tasty.
