Tonight's Dinner: October 9, 2014



Tonight we had an oldy but goody.  This is one of those meals that takes forever to make because you want the meat to get really tender.  I had been marinating pork short ribs in black bean sauce all week waiting for a night where I didn’t feel like cooking.  Today was the day.  All I had to do was boil the ribs to oblivion and make some rice.  While that cooked I did a rough chop on some green bell peppers and then plopped on the sofa to zone out.
