Now that my fridge has food in it again, Nick and I can actually eat at our own place. We grilled up some chicken and veggies for spicy fajitas. I butterflied the chicken breasts so that they would grill faster and more evenly. This whole meal took less than 30 minutes to prepare and cook. It took less than 10 for us to scarf it down.
