I decided to have a Shepherd's Pie night for the MBA kids, so that will be taking place on Friday. Instead of having the pork on Thursday, we will be having the BBQ Beef Sandwiches then and the Pie Party on Friday. Since the pork is still frozen, this change shouldn't be a problem.
This probably isn't the most traditional Shepherd's Pie recipe, but it sure is delicious.
