Tonight's Dinner: July 28, 2013

Since I haven't been cooking that much and trying to cut back on the carbs, I decided that I really wanted some pasta.  I was originally going to just open a jar of tomato sauce and dump it over spaghetti.  Nick, however, wanted me to make a sauce after watching an episode of The Next Food Network Star.  So what was going to be a simple dinner, turned into me full out cooking.  I do have to admit, it tasted way better and way healthier than a jarred sauce.
