Tonight I was planning on making a tofu dish over rice, but when my Father-in-law asked us if we wanted to come over for grilled shrimp and lamb after work there was no way I was passing up that opportunity. My Mother-in-law actually did all of the cooking so we just hung around and helped with dishes afterwards. So there isn't much to explain since I wasn't involved in the cooking process, but I sure can show the pictures.
