Today's Breakfast: August 21, 2012
As a last ditch effort to empty our fridge, I made a zucchini, potato, and country sausage hash with eggs for breakfast. Maybe it's called country potatoes? I'm not really sure. I believe it might be country potato style... Whatever the case, I had precooked the potatoes a couple nights before and chopped up some left over zucchini from our salad night. Yesterday I had four hard boiled eggs as a snack so I figured I should lay off the eggs today. Nick's has eggs and mine does not.
