Tonight's Dinner: March 22, 2012

With the other half of the lamb roast I bought from Costco I made some lamb stew.  It was quite tasty, but after three hours of cooking I didn't want to eat it anymore!  I tasted it and it is very delicious and Nick has had two helpings, but I had soup noodles for dinner instead.  I used an Irish Lamb Stew recipe from Allrecipes.com.
