Tonight's Dinner: April 9, 2012

Tonight I made roasted chicken breasts with cream of mushroom sauce and fresh shittakes.  I just sliced the shittakes and thinned the cream of mushroom with about a cup of chicken stock.  This dish was so easy.  It only took 45 min since we're trying to eat all of the leftovers from Saturday's dinner before we leave for a wedding in San Diego on Thursday.
