Tonight's Dinner: June 4, 2012

Seafood seafood seafood!  I love making seafood at home because it is SO much more wallet friendly than in a restaurant.  I bought Nick a pound of salmon belly that we seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon zest and dill before grilling on a cedar plank.  For myself I bought 3/4 pounds of shrimp and 1/4 pound of scallops to put over spicy-garlic spinach noodles.  The salmon belly was delicious and I don't even like salmon.  I'll have to get two pounds next time.
