Originally I put down a hot pink base, but hated the contrast of the two. It gave both the pink and the glitter a muddied look.

Space System: Saturn
I got this nail polish a long time ago, so I don't think they sell it anymore. I tried to google it but nothing came up. I'm guessing since I got this in my early college days that I got it at a dollar store or something of the like.
