Tonight's Dinner: March 13, 2014

Tonight was the fastest and easiest dinner.  I was meeting up with Nick at the shotgun range to watch the action after Crossfit, so by the time we got home we were hungry and tired.  On the way back from the range, I picked up a rotisserie chicken and some broccoli.  Nick sautéed the broccoli with a bunch of garlic then loaded up a baked potato with cheese, broccoli, and more cheese.  It was so deliciously cheesey that I don’t think I even needed to buy the chicken. I’m really liking this baked potato thing.  It's easy and not actually that terrible for you.  It's a natural starch that you know hasn't been processed of fried.
