Tonight's Dinner: July 6, 2012
Nick was planning on going away for the better part of the weekend to Monterey to shoot a wedding. Tonight I made a quick dinner so that he could hit the road. I threw the burgers we had made for the 4th on the grill and baked up the last of the tater tots (guilty pleasure) and salad. I had the rest of the night to myself to give myself a pedicure and catch up on Army Wives.
