The Fongs all got a Kobe beef, like actual Kobe beef from Kobe, Japan not Wagyu from the somewhere in the Midwest, for their meals, but I opted for a seafood approach. I'm a little beefed out at the moment from trying to finish all the beef from our after Thanksgiving dinner party.

Tonight's Dinner: December 10, 2013
Recently with all the holiday festivities and planning, Nick and I haven't spent much alone time together. Tonight we were planning on having ramen and catching up on some of our tv shows. We are, however, self proclaimed foodies and opportunists. Nick's dad invited us to a teppanyaki place for dinner and we jumped right on the invitation. Plus, we hadn't seen them since Thanksgiving. This is why I tell Nick that we can't move out of the area. We like to spend time with our families too much to live more than 30 minutes away from them.
