Tonight's Dinner: December 4, 2013

Still on our mission to transform Thanksgiving weekend food, Nick made some amazing French dip style sandwiches with left over beef roast.  I picked up the rolls at Target because that's where I happened to be when he thought of the idea.  I wish now that I had gone to an actual grocery store for good bread, but it was cold and late.  No matter, the dipping sauce he put together made up for the lacking quality of the bread.  To top it off, he put slabs of brie on top to melt into the meat.  Holy delicious.  I want another sandwich now.
