Tonight's Dinner: December 3, 2013

Still wrought with leftovers, Nick and I started getting creative.  I don't usually make casseroles, but this was one of those times that it seemed pretty necessary.  I laid down the left over roasted potatoes, chopped ham, broccoli, zucchini, grilled veggies,  and cheese.  Lots of cheese. I pretty much layered it up like a lasagna, poured a mixture of cream of mushroom and half and half on top, then shoved it in the oven for an hour at 350 degrees.



It was pretty darn good for a completely  left over food casserole.
