As you all know, TV runs my life. Well, I'm also highly influence by what I see on my beloved boob-tube. Christopher knows that I'm prone to cravings just because I saw a commercial. I was just watching The Essence of Emeril and now I have to try this halibut. It looks soooooo good. The rest of it looks good too, but the fish is what really caught my eye. Now that I'm trying to get into fish and have realized that it isn't as expensive as I previously thought, this is something that I want to try.
