Tonight we had a difficult time trying to figure out what we
wanted to do for dinner. I wanted chicken
sandwiches again, but Nick didn’t seem that enthused about the idea of eating
the same thing twice so I set my mind to ravioli in a tomato sauce. I think we’ll
do a sandwich tonight since I’ll be prepping all of my Chinese New Year food
for our big feast tomorrow. The ravioli themselves
were really good, but the sauce was kind of bland. We added a lot of herbs, but
it was kind of just standard. Not
terrible, but not really worth writing a recipe for.
