Tonight's Dinner: May 9, 2013

Busy busy busy.  We've been so busy that I have tried to write this post three times and only got out two sentences.  This also means that I've been mentally writing this post in my head for the last week and a half.

Work has been extremely busy, I've been doing wedding planning during my lunch breaks, most of my after work hours have been spent working on more wedding plans for myself and Linda, and we seem to have started hosting weeknight dinners.  I don't even want to get started on our weekends.  They're pretty much been nonexistent. Needless to say, I haven't had much time to blog.  I don't feel like Nick and I have really been together for the last two weeks.  It's just been that busy.  I'm ready for a vacation.

Though I know this post is way past due, I wanted to write about it anyway.  Tonight Mr. Fong came over for dinner because Mrs. Fong was in Las Vegas with Ye Ma and Jerng Jerng.  Mr. Fong had asked us to go out, but since neither of us had been home most of the week, all of the food that I bought for the week was still waiting to be cooked in the fridge.  We decided to grill up all of our chicken and having him over for dinner.

I had a huge lunch so I actually only had my giant salad.
