Tonight's Dinner: May 31, 2013

For the life of me I can't remember what we had for dinner on Thursday night.  I know we didn't eat out because we've been trying to be better about that. I alo know for sure that I had top ramen for dinner once this week because Nick was doing a shooting match.  I've been enjoying his Wednesday night shooting matches because I get time to myself and can catch up on all my terrible tv shows that he doesn't like.  I have no documentation of dinner on Thursday so I'm stumped.  I depend on my pictures to remember what we had for dinner.  I asked him what we ate and he couldn't remember either, so I'm skipping to Friday.  Again, I defrosted a beef tenderloin and dry rubbed it with black pepper, white pepper, and a healthy dose of salt.  It was DELICIOUS.  I don't know why we're so addicted to eating out when we can make almost restaurant quality food.
