Tonight's Dinner: April 14, 2014

This week is a leftover week.  Tonight we used one of the left over steaks from my parent's house.  I sliced it thinly and reheated in a pan.  Just in case we didn't have enough, Nick grilled up a quarter of a chicken leg with some asparagus.

I could have sworn that I saw somewhere that you could make hard taco shells out of corn tortillas hanging on your wire rack in the oven.  They fell off.  I think you need to spread them out over two of the racks rather than one bar like I did.  I'll have to try again soon.
