Tonight's Dinner: April 16, 2014

Tonight was another quick dinner.  Last week I boiled a whole chicken breast, bone in, just so that it wouldn't go bad.  I had the intention of shredding the meat and putting it into my chicken salad last night, but I didn't realize that we had so much roasted chicken left over.  So tonight I decided to shred it up anyway and mix it with some soy sauce and Italian dressing.  Chopped up some veggies quickly and wa la!  Fajitas.

We still  had some steak left over so we added it to the fajita-tacos.
