Tonight's Dinner: March 30, 2014

I’ve wanted to make my parents linguini and clams since Christmas.  Nick had to go to a dinner with his office to entertain out-of-state coworkers.  I took this opportunity to make up a simple, but very tasty linguini and clams that I hope would make Mario Batali proud.  My parents sure enjoyed it at least and it’s much more cost effective than going out.  There was enough for four people and we figured out that the whole meal was about $25, which comes out to $6.25 per serving and there are no waiters to tip.  (My parents did not tip the cook.)  Also a plus, the servings were much larger than what you would get in a restaurant.
