Today's Lunch: November 11, 2012
On Sunday after Christopher I went to check out Nick's shooting match, which he came in 1st place in his division, we went to Nations with the family. I was really wanting an omelet but theirs are really greasy and salty. While I was brushing my teeth I came up with the idea to have them put hash browns inside the omelet to help with the saltiness and soak up the grease. All throughout the match, I was thinking about how good (or how badly) the omelet could turn out. It was a success! The hash browns made it edible and soaked up the grease so that it didn't seem like I was ingesting that much fat. "Seem" being the key word.
