Tonight's Dinner: December 28, 2012

Our fridge was pretty empty in preparation for our New Years Eve celebration.  I had gone to Costco to pick up some supplies, but none were for eating during dinner.  While I was trying out champagne cocktails, Nick made himself a "casserole" that he dubbed cat food.  It really did look like cat food before it was cooked...well and after as well.  I'm not really sure what he put in this, but I think it consisted of canned tuna, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas, frozen corn and various spices.  I ate ramen for dinner.

Surprisingly he ate three quarters of the pan and then finished the rest for lunch
the next day.
