Tonight's Dinner: December 30, 2012

Once the family got wind of the giant Alaskan King Crab that we had at Saigon Seafood Harbor Restaurant a few weeks ago, we had to have it with the rest of them.  I'm not complaining, that's for sure.  Nick and I had gone to pho for lunch and then I dropped him off at his parents house to do laundry.  Yes, we do laundry at our parents' houses still because their machines are better and it's free.  The laundry machines at our complex are terrible.  So the original plan was for Nick to drive his parents out to the restaurant and then I would drive him back home.  Mr. Fong brought a couple of bottles of wine to share.  By the third dish, Mrs. Fongs face was a red as her holiday top.  So midway through the dinner we decided it was best for Nick to drive his parents home and I would follow them to their house and then take Nick home from there.  Since I had gone wine tasting the day before I wasn't really in the mood for more wine anyway.

I only took pictures of the dishes that we haven't previously had.

We usually get prawns but these guys are a little different.  They are slightly
smaller and much sweeter.

King crab head in noodles.  I love noodles, but by this point
I was too full to eat all of mine.
