Chinese-Style Dinner

I wanted to make this dinner all because my mom brought home a Napa Cabbage.  I'm not going to go into a lot of detail since this is a normal Chinese-style dinner that we have at our house, but this time Nick and I made it.  Usually we leave this up to my mom, but I've been trying to learn more Chinese cooking so I wanted to try the whole meal for myself.  I had done smaller versions of this in NY, but this was the first time I made the vermicelli noodles.
