Tonight's Dinner: October 3, 2012

Tonight we needed a break from soup so I threw some cauliflower and garlic in the oven to roast.  It's been Nick's favorite lately and is so easy and flavorful.  I've been all for quick and easy meals lately.  I threw some  garlic and onion powder, salt, and pepper onto some pork chops and put them into a pan with a little bit of EVOO.  I browned on each side on medium-high and then lowered the temp to medium heat to finish off the cooking.  The pork chops were done in minutes.  There were a lot of lovely bits of flavor on the bottom of the pan so I used my spinach noodles to deglaze the pan.  It worked well to season the noodles and also make pan cleaning easier.
